Jaime Bullock

Artist, Photographer, Filmmaker, Community Artist, Youth worker and Creative Wellbeing Consultant

Hello and thank you for visiting.

I have been a professional artist for over 17 years. First starting with drawing, painting, writing scripts for film and theatre and enjoying writing poetry too. Then in 2003 I decided to study film as it was an arena I could put all my interests into one place and my experience in the arts has grown far and wide ever since.

I have been an active member of the Swindon arts scene since leaving my studies and moving here in 2005. In fact I won the opportunity to show the amazing bohemian arts community here for the BBC in a short film 'Hidden Treasure'. Since arriving I have exhibited my art and films many times, including big screens at film festivals and special showings. I have founded, ran and curated two galleries, 'The Landing Arts Gallery' based within the Swindon Arts Centre and one inside The Richard Jefferies Museum. I enjoy collaborations some of which you will see whilst looking around my site, sharing my knowledge with up and coming creatives and showing them there is a way to earn a living through your passions. I have recently spent 2 years working with the Platform Project as a youth worker, creative coach and mentor, showing young people both SEN and not, how to launch their own businesses and how to network.

Making art and film accessible for all is a huge priority to me, following your dreams is corny because it's true. I have been very lucky to follow mine and I still do to this day.

I guess the best way to describe what I do is 'diverse' and my experiences have led me to what I hear is called a portfolio Career. To me it's getting to do all the things I enjoy and spreading the joy with others as much as possible.

I hope you find my website engaging and that there's a service I can help you with.
